I simply couldn't run out of adjectives to describe Ketsia! My family and I were struggling with managing the care needs of my mother, who's an hour away and in late-stage Alzheimer's. We needed someone to help us find a facility nearby that could "check all the boxes" of my mother's needs and Kestia nailed it perfectly! She's so caring, patient, kind & knowledgeable. She's a true professional and handled everything from finding the right facility, to coordinating burdensome paperwork and even spending time with my mother to ensure she's comfortable in her new setting.
