Living out of state, I was looking for a geriatric care manager for my parents, especially for my father who was hospitalized after a heart attack. I was impressed with Ketsia’s credentials, notably her Masters of Gerontology degree, and excellent reviews. Ketsia helped my mother and me set up home health care through their long-term care insurance company and with my father’s discharge into Hospice Care. Ketsia worked with the Hospice team to bring the best care for my father. Ketsia showed a tremendous amount of respect, patience, and support towards my mother who was struggling with her husband’s end of life. Ketsia is a great advocate, a great communicator/listener, and a great resource person. Thank you Premier Concierge and Ketsia!

Ketsia and her brother, Junot, are the warmest people you ever want to meet! Not to mention that they are great at what they do, and they know their job very well! I have always set the bar for senior care by asking myself “would I use this person to help/ take care of my own mother or father.” I can confidently say that I would hire Ketsia a hundred times over. Her knowledge and professionalism is extraordinary, especially in a day when it’s it seems impossible to navigate senior healthcare. I would recommend her services to anyone and when the day comes , that my parents need a care manager, Ketsia will be my first and only call.

I simply couldn't run out of adjectives to describe Ketsia! My family and I were struggling with managing the care needs of my mother, who's an hour away and in late-stage Alzheimer's. We needed someone to help us find a facility nearby that could "check all the boxes" of my mother's needs and Kestia nailed it perfectly! She's so caring, patient, kind & knowledgeable. She's a true professional and handled everything from finding the right facility, to coordinating burdensome paperwork and even spending time with my mother to ensure she's comfortable in her new setting. It truly was a Thanksgiving blessing this year having Ketsia's assistance. Anyone who needs to find care for a loved one should hire her without question!

What a gift it was working with Ketsia. We have been lost for a few years trying to navigate the system to arrange for an assisted living facility for my sister in law without success.....then Ketsia came along. She evaluated my sister in law and took charge of the process of applying for financial assistance and even helped choosing the facility. We simply could not have done this with out Ketsia.
